We strive to display our products, descriptions, and pricing accurately. However:

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
  • Prices include VAT where applicable.
  • Alpine Chocolates reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order.
  • Limit quantities purchased.
  • Request additional information to verify an order before processing.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, refund, or cancellation.

Delivery is currently available within the United Arab Emirates.

Alpine Chocolates is not liable for delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.

7. Product Care

Chocolate is temperature-sensitive. To maintain its quality, we recommend:

  • Store chocolates in a cool, dry place between 16°C and 20°C.
  • Avoid direct sunlight and excessive heat.
  • Refrigerate only if necessary and allow chocolates to return to room temperature before serving.

We are not responsible for product quality after delivery due to improper storage.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of chocolates and food products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order arrived damaged.
  • The product is defective.

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and supported with clear photographs.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
