The process begins with harvesting and fermenting cocoa beans to develop their rich flavor profile, followed by careful drying and roasting to enhance their natural aroma and depth. The beans are then cracked and winnowed to separate the cocoa nibs, which are finely ground and slowly conched to create a smooth, refined texture. Finally, the chocolate is tempered and molded into luxurious bars with a perfect finish and shine.
