At Alpine Chocolates, every creation begins with a journey — from the rich cocoa lands of Madagascar’s Sambirano Valley to our proudly crafted bean-to-bar chocolate factory in the UAE.

We carefully select fine Madagascar cocoa beans, known for their exceptional flavour and aromatic depth, and blend them with the smooth richness of Alpine cows’ milk to create a chocolate experience that is refined, creamy, and unforgettable.

Inspired by Swiss chocolate craftsmanship and modern production technology, Alpine Chocolates transforms premium ingredients into beautifully crafted chocolate bars and creations.

Inside our live production space, guests can witness the art of real chocolate making — from roasting and refining to tempering, moulding, and finishing.

OUR PROCESS
From Cocoa Bean to Chocolate Bar


01 — Sourcing

We begin with fine Madagascar cocoa beans, carefully selected for quality and flavour.


02 — Roasting

The beans are roasted to unlock their rich aroma and chocolate character.

03 — Winnowing

The roasted beans are cracked and separated to reveal pure cocoa nibs.

04 — Grinding

The cocoa nibs are finely ground into a smooth, rich chocolate base.

05 — Tempering

Each batch is tempered for perfect shine, snap, and texture.

06 — Moulding

The chocolate is poured into moulds and crafted into signature creations.

07 — Cooling

The moulded chocolate is carefully cooled to set beautifully and evenly.

 

 

08 — Wrapping

Every bar is elegantly wrapped and prepared to be enjoyed or gifted.
